What does “American” music sound like to you? American Intersections reflect our country and communities: a culmination of people from all backgrounds with musical influences from across the globe. We invite you to listen to a colorful array of music that truly makes up the “American sound,” including jazz, folk, spirituals, and funk—influences that represent the variety of voices in America.

Join us as the music of Vijay Iyer, Margaret Bonds, Molly Joyce, Jessie Montgomery, and Anton Dvorak inspire your interpretation of what America sounds like.
